Data we collect and why
We collect only the information needed for the purposes shown when you provide it.

| Tool-usage activity | Operate the service, prevent abuse, measure experiments and improve tools. |
| Marketplace listing fields | Save templates and fill seller forms when you explicitly use ListMagic. The extension reads only supported listing pages. |
Images and files
Some free tools process images entirely in your browser. Account and server-based features may transmit files to StitchMagic's configured processing or storage providers. The relevant tool should explain this before upload. We do not use your private images for unrelated advertising.
ListMagic browser extension
ListMagic by StitchMagic operates only on the marketplace seller domains listed in its Chrome permissions. When you choose Save Template, Fill, AI Fill or an image action, it may read visible listing fields and selected product images to provide that requested feature. Templates are associated with your authenticated StitchMagic account. Authentication credentials are stored in Chrome session storage. ListMagic does not sell browsing history, does not use marketplace data for advertising and never submits or publishes a listing for you.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time as easily as you gave it. Reply STOP once the StitchMagic WhatsApp service is available, visit stitchmagic.in/consent, or email privacy@stitchmagic.in.
Security and retention
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. We retain information only for the stated purpose and applicable legal, security and audit requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
